You may not have even thought about it consciously, but if you have ever taken a task you should be trusting your capable team to handle, then you're acting on that belief. The problem is, THIS BELIEF IS MASSIVELY LIMITING YOUR GROWTH AS WELL AS YOUR TEAM'S GROWTH!!
