That’s a bold statement. Sure. 

But I only say it because it’s totally true. 

What I have to share with you is so potent and powerful. It is beneficial beyond measure.

It’s also seriously simple. Tons of business owners have implemented these exact strategies and seen astounding results. It wasn’t because they were all geniuses. Save a few, they were just regular people. Regular people who wanted a better life, who wanted their business to run for them not the other way around. 

But let me not speak for other people. Let me only speak for myself. What I want to share with you changed my own life in drastic fashion. 

Like you, I started my business from a place of pure passion. I had a service I wanted to provide the world. I was good at it, I enjoyed it and the marketplace responded to in an extremely positive way. Pretty quickly after we launched, business was booming. Customers were coming in droves, reviews were off the charts and we were making money. 

My dreams of being my own boss were finally realized. And it felt great.

But the honeymoon didn’t last forever. While I was grateful that the business took off, I was in completely over my head. I woke up one day and realized that I was doing every single role from cleaning the bathrooms to marketing to customer service and everything in between.

I felt like that all the time. My stress level was through the roof. I wasn’t sleeping, I was drinking too much and my marriage was on the rocks (not exactly recipes for a happy life!)

It was not sustainable and I knew something had to change or my life was going to come crashing down. 

So, I made the best decision I’ve ever made, one that restored my sanity and gave me back my freedom. Rather than constantly worrying about my business and what would happen if I wasn’t there, I found a solution that allowed me to rest easy.

Through trial and tribulation, by experiment and a million errors, I crafted a profound process. The process allowed me remove myself from the day to day operations of my company.

I finally had the bandwidth to strategize and craft a plan for my company’s future.

No more flying by the seat of my pants. Or doing all of the work. Or feeling like I was about to have a panic attack.

Thanks to this process, I was able to attract, hire and develop my dream team that completely ran the day to day operations for me. I could disappear for weeks at a time and my business would keep on running without a hitch. It was so dialed in. I had the exact right people in the exact roles and it was beautiful. 

My new team was able to do far more work at a higher quality than I was ever able to previously. Mind you, everyone told me this couldn’t be done. 

“You can’t find good help” 

“No one will care as much as you do”

“It’s easier to just do it yourself”

This simply isn’t true. And I proved them all wrong. 

After implementing the process. I had a business full of people who I could trust and they took their roles just as seriously as I did. I had more time, which allowed me to grow the business, which led to making more money.
